Nordson® 322428 Nozzle
Nordson 322428 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures reliable adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.028 in. (0.71 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a black ring, and a 0.300 in. (7.6 mm) engagement length, identified by a black ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and enhances bond quality.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers superior wear resistance for demanding industrial applications. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it replaces the 237XXX series for improved performance.
