Nordson OEM and Replacement Filter Screen Cartridges for Nordson Hot Melt Systems
Nordson filter screen cartridges are designed to remove contaminants and char from hot melt adhesives, preventing clogs and ensuring consistent adhesive flow to applicators. They are integral components for maintaining dispensing quality and extending the lifespan of precision dispensing equipment. These filters are available in different mesh sizes, which determines the size of particulate matter they can capture, ranging from fine to coarse filtration levels.
Nordson filter screens are used with a variety of Nordson hot melt systems, including both heated and non-heated in-line filter assemblies, Saturn filter assemblies, and integrated melter filters. They are compatible with applicators such as those from the Blue Series, DuraBlue Series, Freedom systems, and various automatic and hand-held applicators. The specific filter size and type needed are determined by the system in use and the viscosity of the adhesive.
