Nordson® 322424 Nozzle
Nordson 322424 Saturn™ Nozzle provides reliable adhesive placement with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.024 in. (0.61 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a gray ring, and a 0.300 in. (7.6 mm) engagement length, identified by a black ring. These color-coded rings ensure accurate nozzle identification and replacement, promoting consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy. Manufactured with stringent tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste while improving bond quality.
Made from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle is built to withstand wear in high-demand applications. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it replaces the 237XXX series with enhanced durability.
