Nordson® 322421 Nozzle
Nordson 322421 Saturn™ Nozzle delivers consistent adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.021 in. (0.53 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a brown ring, and a 0.300 in. (7.6 mm) engagement length, identified by a black ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring precise adhesive flow and bead accuracy. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond quality.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides excellent wear resistance for industrial environments. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, replacing the 237XXX series with improved performance.
