Nordson® 322320 Nozzle
Nordson 322320 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures consistent adhesive placement with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a beige ring, and a 0.150 in. (3.8 mm) engagement length, identified by a green ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring accurate adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond quality.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance for high-demand environments. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it replaces the older 237XXX series for improved performance.
