Nordson® 322316 Nozzle
Nordson 322316 Saturn™ Nozzle delivers reliable adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) orifice diameter, identified with an orange ring, and a 0.150 in. (3.8 mm) engagement length, identified by a green ring. These color-coded rings make nozzle identification and replacement straightforward, promoting consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste while enhancing bond reliability.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it replaces the older 237XXX series for improved reliability.
