Nordson® 322224 Nozzle
Nordson 322224 Saturn™ Nozzle provides precise adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.024 in. (0.61 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a gray ring, and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length, identified by a blue ring. These color-coded rings streamline nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and accurate bead placement. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond quality.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance for demanding industrial environments. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, the Saturn™ Nozzle replaces the 237XXX series for improved performance.
