Nordson® 322220 Nozzle
Nordson 322220 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures reliable adhesive placement with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a beige ring, and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length, identified by a blue ring. The color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured with stringent tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste while improving bond reliability.
Made from brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle is built for long-lasting performance in high-use environments. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it replaces the 237XXX series with enhanced durability
