Nordson® 322218 Nozzle
Nordson 322218 Saturn™ Nozzle delivers consistent adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a red ring, and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length, identified by a blue ring. These color-coded rings streamline nozzle identification and replacement, ensuring precise adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond performance.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers excellent wear resistance in demanding industrial settings. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, and replaces the 237XXX series for improved reliability.
