Nordson® 322124 Nozzle
Nordson 322124 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures reliable adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.024 in. (0.61 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a gray ring, and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length, identified by a brown ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle identification and replacement, enabling consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured with stringent tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle helps minimize adhesive waste and improve bond quality.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle is built for long-lasting performance in high-demand environments. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, and replaces the 237XXX series with improved performance and reliability.
