Nordson® 322120 Nozzle
Nordson 322120 Saturn™ Nozzle delivers consistent adhesive flow with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a beige ring, and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length, identified by a brown ring. The color-coded rings streamline nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring precise adhesive flow and bead accuracy. Engineered with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond reliability.
Made from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers superior wear resistance. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, replacing the older 237XXX series with improved durability and reliability.
