Nordson® 322116 Nozzle
Nordson 322116 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures consistent adhesive flow with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) orifice diameter, identified with an orange ring, and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length, identified by a brown ring. The color-coded rings streamline nozzle identification and replacement, ensuring precise adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle improves bond quality while reducing adhesive waste.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, replacing the older 237XXX series with enhanced reliability.
