Nordson® 322114 Nozzle
Nordson 322114 Saturn™ Nozzle provides precise adhesive flow with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.014 in. (0.36 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a yellow ring, and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length, identified by a brown ring. These color-coded rings simplify selection and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Engineered with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and enhances bond performance.
Made from brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides superior wear resistance for high-demand industrial use. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, and replaces the 237XXX series for improved reliability.
