Nordson® 322112 Nozzle
Nordson 322112 Saturn™ Nozzle delivers precision adhesive placement with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.012 in. (0.30 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a green ring, and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length, identified by a brown ring. The color-coded rings ensure accurate nozzle selection and replacement, supporting consistent adhesive flow and optimal bead placement. Manufactured with stringent tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle enhances bond quality while reducing adhesive waste.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers excellent wear resistance. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, replacing the 237XXX series for enhanced reliability.
