Nordson 322008 Saturn™ Nozzle offers precise adhesive placement with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.008 in. (0.20 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a purple ring, and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length, also identified by a purple ring. These color-coded rings streamline nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring the correct configuration for optimal adhesive flow and application control. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle delivers consistent bead placement and flow rates, reducing adhesive waste and improving product quality.

Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance for demanding industrial applications. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, the Saturn™ Nozzle replaces the older 237XXX series and upholds Nordson's reputation for high performance and reliability.
