Nordson 220016 Triple-Orifice Bronze Nozzle is designed for precision adhesive dispensing, featuring a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) diameter and a 45° spray angle with a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. Its triple-bead pattern ensures even adhesive coverage, making it suitable for industrial bonding applications requiring consistent results.
Constructed from phosphor bronze, this nozzle provides heat retention and wear resistance, making it ideal for continuous-use production environments. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
