Nordson 1015812 Saturn™ Nozzle is a dual-orifice right-angled nozzle engineered for precise adhesive application at a 15° angle. It features a 0.012 in. (0.30 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a green bottom ring and a brown top ring for the angled configuration. This dual-orifice design enhances adhesive flow and bead placement in angled applications, making it ideal for demanding production environments.
Constructed with a brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle ensures durability and reliable performance. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and promotes consistent bond quality.
