Nordson® 1011040 Nozzle
Nordson 1011040 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures reliable adhesive application with its single-orifice 90° right-angle design. It features a 0.040 in. (1.02 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a turquoise bottom ring, with a standard purple top ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, enabling consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy.
Constructed with a right-angle brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle is engineered for precision and durability in demanding applications. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond quality. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators.
