Nordson® 1011032 Nozzle
Nordson 1011032 Saturn™ Nozzle is a single-orifice 90° right-angle nozzle designed for precise adhesive dispensing. It features a 0.032 in. (0.81 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a gold bottom ring, with a standard purple top ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle identification and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy.
Made with a right-angle brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers durability and reliability in industrial adhesive applications. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and enhances bond quality. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators.
