Nordson 1011024 Saturn™ Nozzle delivers reliable adhesive application with its single-orifice 90° right-angle design. It features a 0.024 in. (0.61 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a gray bottom ring, with a standard purple top ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy.
Made with a right-angle brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional durability and precision in demanding applications. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond quality. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators.
