Nordson® 1011016 Nozzle
Nordson 1011016 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures accurate adhesive flow with its single-orifice 90° right-angle design. It features a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) orifice diameter, identified by an orange bottom ring, with a standard purple top ring. These color-coded rings make nozzle selection intuitive, ensuring compatibility and consistent adhesive flow.
Constructed with a right-angle brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional durability and precision for high-demand applications. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and enhances bond reliability. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators.
