Nordson 231616 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) diameter and a 0.150 in. (3.8 mm) engagement length. It ensures consistent adhesive flow and accurate bead placement, making it ideal for industrial bonding tasks requiring uniform coverage and control.
Constructed with a stainless-steel insert and a brass adapter, this nozzle offers heat retention and wear resistance for long-term use in demanding production environments. It is compatible with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators and requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
