Nordson® 232005 Nozzle
Nordson 232005 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is engineered for accurate adhesive dispensing with a 0.012 in. (0.31 mm) diameter and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length. Precision-machined for reliability, it ensures consistent adhesive flow and uniform bead placement in demanding bonding applications.
Constructed with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides heat retention and durability, making it suitable for high-use production environments. Compatible with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
