Nordson 231316 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is engineered for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) diameter and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length. It ensures consistent adhesive flow and controlled bead placement, making it suitable for bonding tasks requiring uniform coverage.
Constructed with a brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides superior heat retention and wear resistance for demanding production environments. It is designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators and requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
