Nordson 231220 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for accurate adhesive dispensing with a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) diameter and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. This nozzle ensures controlled adhesive flow and reliable bead placement for demanding bonding tasks requiring precision.
Manufactured with a stainless-steel insert and a brass adapter, it provides superior heat retention and long-term durability under continuous use. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
