Nordson 231212 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.012 in. (0.31 mm) diameter and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. It provides controlled adhesive flow and consistent bead placement, ideal for industrial bonding applications requiring accuracy and repeatability.
Constructed with a stainless-steel insert and a brass adapter, this nozzle ensures long-term durability and heat retention under demanding production conditions. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
