Nordson 231040 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.024 in. (0.61 mm) diameter and a 0.300 in. (7.6 mm) engagement length. It ensures controlled adhesive flow and uniform bead placement, making it ideal for demanding industrial bonding applications.
Manufactured with a stainless-steel insert and a brass adapter, this nozzle provides excellent heat retention and durability under continuous-use conditions. Specifically designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation and reliable performance.
