Nordson 231005 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is engineered for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.014 in. (0.36 mm) diameter and a 0.300 in. (7.6 mm) engagement length. It provides consistent adhesive flow and accurate bead placement, making it suitable for demanding industrial bonding applications.
Built with a stainless-steel insert and a brass adapter, this nozzle ensures heat retention and enhanced durability under continuous use. Designed for compatibility with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
