Nordson® 322020 Nozzle
Nordson 322020 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures reliable adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a beige ring, and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length, identified by a purple ring. These color-coded rings streamline nozzle identification and replacement, enabling consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy. Engineered with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and improves bond quality.
Constructed from brass with a stainless-steel insert, the nozzle offers excellent wear resistance for high-demand applications. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, and replaces the 237XXX series with improved performance and reliability.
