Nordson® 322018 Nozzle
Nordson 322018 Saturn™ Nozzle is a high-precision nozzle designed for consistent adhesive application. It features a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a red ring, and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length, identified by a purple ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring accurate adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste while enhancing bond reliability and product quality.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides superior wear resistance for demanding industrial applications. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators. Designed as a direct replacement for the 237XXX series, the 322018 nozzle upholds Nordson's standard for dependable performance.
