(0.41 mm) orifice diameter, identified with an orange ring, and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length, identified by a purple ring. The color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement for optimal performance. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste while enhancing bond quality and reliability.

Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance for demanding industrial environments. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, the Saturn™ Nozzle is a direct replacement for the 237XXX series, offering improved performance and durability.
