Nordson® 322014 Nozzle
Nordson 322014 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures precise adhesive placement with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.014 in. (0.36 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a yellow ring, and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length, identified by a purple ring. The color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond quality for demanding applications.
Built from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, the nozzle offers exceptional resistance to wear, even in high-use environments. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, the Saturn™ Nozzle replaces the older 237XXX series and continues Nordson’s tradition of precision and reliability.
