Nordson 322010 Saturn™ Nozzle is a precision-engineered single-orifice straight bead nozzle designed for superior adhesive placement. It features a 0.010 in. (0.25 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a blue ring, and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length, identified by a purple ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring compatibility and consistent adhesive flow. Manufactured with strict tolerances for orifice diameter and engagement, the Saturn™ Nozzle delivers precise bead placement, reducing waste and improving bond quality.

Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance in demanding applications. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators. Designed to replace the older 237XXX series, the 322010 nozzle upholds Nordson's standard for high-performance adhesive dispensing.
