Nordson 238527 Saturn™ Nozzle is a dual-orifice phosphor bronze nozzle designed for precision adhesive application at a 45° angle. It features a 0.014 in. (0.36 mm) orifice diameter, ensuring controlled adhesive flow and uniform bead placement for demanding industrial tasks. The dual-orifice design optimizes adhesive distribution, making it ideal for high-precision bonding applications.
Manufactured from durable phosphor bronze for wear resistance and longevity, this nozzle is suitable for rigorous production environments. Designed for use with retainer part number 152926, it is compatible with Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators.
