Nordson 238501 Saturn™ Nozzle is a dual-orifice phosphor bronze nozzle designed for angled adhesive dispensing at 30°. It features a 0.030 in. (0.76 mm) orifice diameter, delivering controlled adhesive flow for uniform bead placement in high-volume bonding applications. The dual-orifice design optimizes adhesive distribution, ensuring consistent coverage for precision industrial tasks.
Crafted from corrosion-resistant phosphor bronze, this nozzle offers long-term durability and wear resistance for demanding environments. Designed for use with retainer part number 152926, it is fully compatible with Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators.
