Nordson® 1011008 Nozzle
Nordson 1011008 Saturn™ Nozzle is a single-orifice 90° right-angle nozzle designed for precise adhesive application. It features a 0.008 in. (0.20 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a purple bottom ring, and a standard purple top ring for the right-angle design. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring compatibility and consistent adhesive flow.
Constructed with a right-angle brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional durability and precise adhesive dispensing for demanding applications. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond reliability. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it upholds Nordson’s high-performance standards.
