AXCO AX10 Bulk Hot Melt Tank System Overview

The AXCO AX10 Hot Melt System includes the AX10 Hot Melt Tank, an 8-foot hose, and an AX360 Handgun, offering a fully electric solution for packaging and product assembly. It features a 10 lb. (4.5 kg) tank capacity and delivers up to 60 pounds of adhesive per hour. Equipped with a reliable flow control valve and secure temperature controls, its 44 RPM motor and 30 mm pump enhance adhesive flow. The non-stick tank coating minimizes char build-up, ensuring continuous quality and reduced maintenance. The AX10 is upgradeable and can be retrofitted for up to two manual or automatic guns to meet production demands. It efficiently bonds materials like cardboard, fabric, glass, foam rubber, and plastic, eliminating the need for tape, cold glue, or metal fasteners, and providing cost savings.
