The AXCO AX15 is a fully electric bulk hot melt tank for packaging and product assembly. It has a 15 lb. (6.8 kg) tank capacity and can pump up to 110 pounds of adhesive per hour with its robust 86 RPM motor. This versatile unit handles both manual and automatic operations with the option to connect one or two heated supply hoses. The digital control panel allows precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal conditions for various materials. It delivers significant cost savings by replacing conventional bonding methods such as tape, cold glue, or metal fasteners, effectively bonding materials like cardboard, fabric, glass, foam rubber, and plastic.
