Aluminum and Metal Bonding Gray Epoxy Overview
The Infinity Bond EP190GR is a two-part translucent epoxy. EP190GR epoxy is perfect for bonding metals and plastics. This metal bonding epoxy has a work-life of 25 minutes. EP190GR has a shear strength of 2,000-4,000 psi. Each cartridge comes with 2 static mixing nozzles for efficient dispensing.
A handling cure is achieved in 30-60 minutes and a full cure in 24-48 hours. The cure time can be accelerated by the application of heat or extend work time with a cooler temperature. This metals and plastics epoxy has a higher temperature resistance and a medium open time to allow for part adjustment and alignment.
How to Dispense Aluminum and Metal Bonding Gray Epoxy
Use a cartridge gun for dispensing 50ml and 400ml cartridges. Cartridge guns are lightweight, reliable and a perfect low-cost option for dispensing two-part epoxy adhesives.
