What Preventative Maintenance Includes 

When one of our service technicians comes to your facility, they will spend time inspecting and services your machines.  

With each maintenance visit, our service technicians will: 

• Evaluate the entire hot melt system including the tank, piston, gear pump, hose, applicator, and auto feed 

• Drain and clean the tank 

• Purge the system with the current adhesive  

• Oil the pump (if applicable)  

• Replace filters and clean debris from screens  

• Review adhesive placement (if lines are operable)
