Infinity Bond EnviroMelt Biodegradable Hot Melt Adhesive
The Infinity Bond EnviroMelt 100 bulk hot melt is biodegradable and a high-performance adhesive. EnviroMelt can replace traditional petroleum-based hot melts in a wide range of applications including bookbinding, carton closing, product assembly, and laminating applications. The Infinity Bond EnviroMelt 100 adhesive is non-flammable and eliminates the need to inventory volatile solvents and caustic cleaners. It features strong bonds at -20°F for frozen foods and sustains elevated temperatures up to 300°F.
EnviroMelt 100 is Safer and Uses Less Energy
The Infinity Bond EnviroMelt 100 hot melt adhesive reduces energy requirements by up to 50% - melting at 140°F-150°F instead of 2750°-400°F like traditional hot melts. This low melting temperature also makes dispensing much safer and eliminates potential burns. The Infinity Bond EnviroMelt 100 also features a very high tack, resulting in potentially higher line speeds than cold glues.
EnviroMelt 100 replaces non-biodegradable hot melt adhesives, cold glues, and pressure-sensitive tapes. It is also approved for use as a food packaging adhesive under Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, C.F.R. 175.105.
