How Buying Tank Cleaner Led to Adhesive Solutions

Not only did we send them some samples of the Infinity Bond A6120 APA0 adhesive so they could test it, but also we came out to their facility to ensure that we had found them the right solution. The A6120 APAO hot melt adhesive worked swimmingly, and the business was able to almost eliminate the stringing problem overnight. The company also saw the added bonus of reducing their costs since they no longer had to do extensive amounts of rework and the Infinity Bond A6120 adhesive was cheaper than their old adhesive.
But we didn’t stop there. While we were at their facility, we were also able to review their entire adhesive setup for efficiency and effectiveness. Solving the stringing issue was a big step in the right direction, but we also recommended they stock up on a few hot melt replacement parts. By having these spare parts readily at their disposal, they could reduce unnecessary downtime in the future as well as the wasted time and money that can come with it.
