3M 9207 PG II Power Cord Kit Overview

The 3M Polygun II Power Cord Kit (Part # 9207) includes the power cord assembly and 5 cable ties.  We recommend that if you have 16-20 3M PG II glue guns in use it's helpful to have 1 power cord kit on hand.

3M 9207 PG II Power Cord Kit Repair Instructions 

Disconnect electrical and compressed air service. Follow “Handle Disassembly Instructions.” The power cord wire from the switch is removed from the bayonet connector. The black and white wires are removed from their respective terminals. Remember which wire came off which terminal for reassembly. Consult the electrical Wiring Arrangement on page 16 of the 3M PG II Glue Gun Manual. Reassembly is accomplished by reversing the above.
