3M 3748 VO Hot Melt Overview
The 3748 VO carries a pretty hefty price tag but can end up saving money and time in electronic applications where it is replacing adhesives like epoxies and urethanes.
The 3M 3748 VO is a unique hot melt adhesive often used in electronic assembly because it provides excellent thermal shock resistance and is non-corrosive to copper. The 3M 3748 VO also provides an excellent bond to polyolefins and meets UL1410 requirements.
3M 3748VO is a standard temperature hot melt and comes in 3M stick sizes Q, PG and TC so please be sure to order the proper hot melt stick size for your gun.
Please Note: 3M recently discontinued their hot melt applicators for Quadrack (Q) sticks. Check out the Infinity Bond Brute as a great dispensing alternative!
