About the Cold Roll Series Water Based Adhesive Roll Coater

The Cold Series cold glue roller is a top coater and adhesive roller for cold and water based glues. The Versa cold is an incredibly reliable unit that can be upgraded and customized to fit unique needs. For instance, hold rolls can be added for specific substrates and an in-feed table can be customized with pick off points for labeling applications.

The roll on the Versa Cold Series is stainless steel so it will not rust and the entire machine disassembles very easily for cleaning and maintenance. The roller can be placed at either the top or bottom and the hold down roll can also be easily adjusted to the desired height by simply loosening two screws.
