About the Hot Roll Series Benchtop Hot Melt Roll Coaters

The Hot Roll Series hot melt roll coater is an industrial, easy to use adhesive applicator. This hot melt roll coater is available in 6", 12" and 18" sizes with an easy to use on/off switch and motor start button. The Hot Roll Series roll coaters also have an electronic circuit that prevents the motor from starting until the hot melt has been brought up to temperature. 

The Hot Roll Series roll coater is extremely easy to use. Simply plug the unit into any standard 120 volt outlet, bring it up to temperature and start gluing. 

Difference Between the Basic Roll and Hot Roll Series

The Hot Roll Series differs from the Basic Roll Series in that it has an improved drive and temperature control package. Both the Basic and Hot Roll Series use the same reservoir. 

Hot melt roll coaters are a great way to evenly apply hot melt across a wide surface. This adhesive can be pressure sensitive, fugitive or even more traditional hot melt formulations.
