Future Engineers Working with Hot Melt at Bassett Street Elementary
Here at Hotmelt.com we take pride in our knowledge of adhesives and being able to direct our customers to the perfect product for their application. Naturally, hot melt is a big part of what we do and a product we love, but something else might just top our favorites list. Kid's creating awesome projects with hot melt.
We were recently contacted by a group from Bassett Street Elementary looking for some hot melt supplies for a project focusing on engineering and building. We were lucky to have the opportunity to sponsor this awesome science class with some glue guns and sticks to help create multiplication houses, division pyramids and pasta Ferris wheels.
A couple of weeks later we got an awesome thank you letter and some pictures of what they had created. These 5th grade students are masters with hot melt guns and glue sticks! Seriously, they put us to shame with their hot melt skills. We are still trying to figure out how they constructed that pasta Ferris wheel.
We want to give this amazing group of kids a big shout out for their creativity and say thanks for the banner they made for us, we've got it hanging where everyone can see.
